Showing 5 questions
How far do you travel?
Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, Goodyear and Sun City, plus much of the surrounding metro. If you are not sure, call and we will tell you before anything else.
What if my city is not listed?
Call and ask. The seven pages above are where we go most often, not a hard boundary, and we would rather tell you no on the phone than have you find out later.
Does insurance cover physical therapy?
Many plans do, including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. We verify your benefits before your first visit and tell you what you would owe up front. More on our insurance page.
Does a home visit cost more than the clinic?
What you pay depends on your plan and your benefits rather than on where the session happens. We check your specific coverage and give you the real figure before you commit.
Do I need a referral?
Arizona allows direct access, so a physical therapist can evaluate you without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still require one, and Medicare home health has its own rules. Tell us your plan and we will confirm.
Find out if we cover you
One call. We confirm we reach your address, check your insurance, and give you the first real opening.
